Automatic Kitchen Ticket & Thermal Printing

Orders sent to POST /bookings/room-service automatically appear on the Kitchen Display System (KDS) and can trigger ESC/POS receipt printing via the Grandeur Hardware Bridge. The bill is posted directly to the guest's folio.
